Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data True Lyfe ("True Lyfe," "we," "us," or "our") collects through thetruelyfe.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. True Lyfe is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to this website only — it does not cover Amazon.co.uk, where all product purchases actually take place and where Amazon's own privacy notice governs.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. If you use our Contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your message. If you submit a product adverse-reaction report through that same form, we additionally collect the fields specific to that report — the product involved, lot/batch number, the date the reaction started, whether you sought medical attention, severity, and a description of what happened. We collect this information only because you chose to provide it, and only to respond to you and look into the report.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. We use this only for site operation, security, and troubleshooting, not to build advertising profiles.
Cookies. See our Cookie Policy below for what cookies this site currently uses.
What we do not collect. We do not process or store payment information, billing addresses, or order/shipping details anywhere on this Site — every purchase happens entirely on Amazon, through Amazon's own checkout. We never see your card details or Amazon account information.
Our Legal Basis for Processing
Under the UK GDPR, we only process your personal data where we have a valid legal basis to do so. For this Site, that's: consent — you choosing to submit the Contact form; legitimate interests — responding to your enquiry and keeping the Site secure and working correctly, in a way that doesn't override your own rights and interests; and legal obligation — where we need to act on an adverse-reaction report to meet food-safety reporting requirements.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to messages sent through the Contact form.
- To investigate and respond to product adverse-reaction reports, including, where legally required, reporting to the relevant regulatory authority (such as the Food Standards Agency).
- To maintain the security, performance and functionality of the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Adverse Reaction Reports — Handled with Extra Care
Because an adverse-reaction report can include health-related information, we limit access to these reports to the people who need them to investigate and respond, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and any legal recordkeeping requirement that applies to food supplement safety reporting.
Sharing of Information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a regulatory request related to an adverse-reaction report. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
International Transfers
Where any service provider we use is based outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we only transfer personal data to them where appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Retention
In line with the UK GDPR's storage limitation principle, we keep Contact form submissions and adverse-reaction reports only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, investigate a report, and satisfy any recordkeeping obligations that apply — after that, we delete it.
Your Rights Under UK Data Protection Law
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate personal data corrected
- Request erasure of your personal data ("the right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we use your personal data
- Receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our basis for processing
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@thetruelyfe.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian is submitting an adverse-reaction report on behalf of a minor, that's fine — the report itself is handled per the section above.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
This Site links out to Amazon.co.uk for every purchase. Once you leave our Site, Amazon's own privacy notice applies, not ours.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section will always reflect the most recent revision.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thetruelyfe.com (the "Site"), operated by True Lyfe. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of This Website
You may browse the Site and use the Contact form for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or fraudulent adverse-reaction reports, or using it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
No Purchases Are Made on This Website
This Site does not process orders, payments, or shipping. Every "Buy on Amazon" link takes you to Amazon.co.uk, where the purchase, payment, delivery, and any return are completed entirely under Amazon's own Conditions of Use, Privacy Notice, and return policies — not these Terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including your rights around goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — are unaffected by anything in these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to True Lyfe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product & Health Information
Information about our products on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. See our Disclaimer below for the full statement, including the required food supplement disclosure.
Third-Party Links
This Site links to third-party sites, primarily Amazon.co.uk. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Lyfe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold True Lyfe harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section will always reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how thetruelyfe.com (the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies, and reflects our obligations under the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're used for things like remembering preferences, keeping a site working correctly, and — on many sites — measuring traffic or enabling advertising.
How We Use Cookies
Strictly necessary. Cookies required for core site functionality, such as security and load balancing provided by our hosting infrastructure. These are exempt from consent requirements under PECR and can't be switched off without breaking the Site.
Fonts. This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts to display text consistently. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser makes a request to Google as part of viewing the page; Google's own privacy policy governs how it handles that request.
Analytics & marketing. As of the date at the top of this page, this Site does not run analytics or advertising cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
Cookie Consent
Under PECR and the UK GDPR, non-essential cookies require your consent before they're set. Because this Site currently only uses strictly necessary cookies, it does not show a cookie consent banner. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, a consent banner naming the specific tool and what it collects will be added before those cookies are set.
Third-Party Cookies
Because this Site links out to Amazon.co.uk for every purchase, once you click through to Amazon, any cookies set there are governed by Amazon's own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. You can find independent guidance on managing cookies from the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the tools this Site uses change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section will always reflect the most recent revision.

Disclaimer
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This product is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Any health claims referenced on this Site or on product packaging are limited to those authorised under the EU/UK nutrition and health claims framework (Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, as retained in UK law, and the authorised claims list under Regulation (EC) No 432/2012).
Not Medical Advice
Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Content about ingredients, formulations, or general wellness is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Regulatory Status
This product is a food supplement regulated in the UK primarily by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), not a medicine. It has not been assessed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and no medicinal claims are made for it.
Third-Party Manufacturing
True Lyfe formulates our products in-house — the ratios, the forms, the standard a batch has to meet — but production takes place at independent, GMP-certified facilities that manufacture on our behalf, to specifications we set and verify. See our About page for more.
Individual Results May Vary
Any results, experiences, or reviews referenced on this Site or product packaging are individual and are not guaranteed for every person.
Accuracy of Information
We make a good-faith effort to keep the information on this Site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it's complete, error-free, or up to date at all times, including product images, descriptions, and pricing — always confirm current details on the product's actual Amazon listing before purchasing.
Amazon & Third-Party Links
Product availability, pricing, and delivery are controlled by Amazon, not True Lyfe, and can change at any time. We aren't responsible for information on third-party sites we link to.
