Started by asking a simple question, not chasing a trend.
Most wellness brands start with a category to enter. True Lyfe started with a frustration: too many products layered on marketing where the formulation should be. We wanted the opposite — fewer claims, better absorption, and a label we'd actually trust ourselves.
What began as a search for a magnesium worth taking became True Lyfe: a small, deliberately-built brand that would rather get one formulation right than launch ten that are merely fine.

What We Believe
We formulate. We do not manufacture — on purpose.
True Lyfe designs every formulation in-house: the ratios, the forms, the standard a batch has to meet before it's approved. Production itself takes place at independent, certified facilities that manufacture on our behalf, to specifications we set and verify. We think that separation is a feature, not a limitation — it means no one is grading their own homework.
